Good campaign managers are hard to find and expensive to bring in. Most campaigns already have exactly what they need though: capable people who know the community, the issues and the people in it.
The Campaign Manager Academy is about empowering those people, not replacing them. We train the volunteers already on the ground so campaigns don't have to import experience from outside, and the skills, knowledge and relationships built stay in the community long after election day.

This isn't just theory. You'll learn from people with real campaign experience, covering the decisions, systems, strategies and day-to-day realities that campaign managers need to navigate.
